Jeff (Tenor Sax) from the Cardinal Health Chamber Orchestra. I found your blog because I have a Google Alert that looks for the words "Cardinal Health" in blogs, news and the like, and emails the snippet to me.
I enjoy your blog and share many of the same struggles! Good stuff, though!
I also saw your link to NPR's list of the Decade's Most Important Recordings and wanted to make sure that you, being a string bass guy, have heard The Avett Brothers (great stuff). I was privileged enough to see them at the Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island last August.
Anyway, take care and maybe we can chat in person sometime.
